Prior to joining the Bay State Physical Therapy team, Debbie was the Vice President of Human Resources at Harbor Health Services, Inc., a public health agency with multiple locations in Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod. In this role, Debbie provided strategic consultation to the other members of the leadership team. She brings twelve years of Human Resources experience to her role as Director of Human Resources.
At Bay State, Debbie’s primary functions include driving employee engagement strategies, streamlining HR processes and systems, implementing market competitive health and welfare benefits and compensation programs, leading innovative recruitment and retention strategies, managing complex employee relations issues, and managing the HR and Credentialing teams. Debbie is passionate about employees being the most valuable asset of a company and works diligently to ensure that all HR practices align with this belief.
Debbie is a graduate of Regis College and currently resides on the South Shore, where she lives with her husband, two sons, and two rescue dogs. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and is an avid Disney fan.
