Thomas Davis is the VP of Clinical Operations at Bay State Physical Therapy.
Prior to joining Bay State Physical Therapy in 2016, Thomas worked for Drayer Physical Therapy Institute as an Area Manager in Raleigh, NC. Thomas has over 20 years physical therapy experience shared between clinical and operational management in a variety of settings including Home Health, Out-patient Orthopedics, Out-patient Neurological, In-patient Orthopedics, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, and Pediatrics. Thomas also completed specialized clinical training in the assessment and treatment of Vestibular and Post-Concussive disorders, spending many years working with post-concussive high school, college, and professional athletes.
Thomas graduated from The University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Health Science and Athletic Care, and earned a Master’s in Physical Therapy Degree from Nova Southeastern University.
A native from New York State, Thomas played basketball at the University at Buffalo. It was here that he developed a love for health sciences, sports performance, and caring for injured athletes. Thomas also enjoys coaching youth sports, playing golf, and traveling with his wife and two children.
